Real-Time PCR StepOnePlus system

This device enables real-time quantification of target sequences of nucleic acids, qualitative detection of target sequences, i.e. endpoint analysis, and qualitative analysis of PCR products using a melting curve. The device works on the basis of fluorescence recording using four-colour detection in 96-well PCR plates.
