Express your interest in going abroad by sending an email to the International Office of FLD, Ing. Anna Filousová, filousova@fld.czu.cz.
You will promptly receive an application form. Fill it out and send it back to Ing. Filousová along with the following documents:
You need to consider which university you want to study at, the language of instruction, the course offerings at the foreign university, and whether the courses correspond with those studied at FLD. A list of partner universities to choose from can be found here.
A certificate confirming your B2 level of the language you wish to study in is required – you can fulfill this by completing the course LXL1AE English for Outgoing Students B2 a– you will receive a certificate!
Afterward, students will receive an email invitation to the selection procedure.
Students can apply until August 27, 2025, by emailing Ing. Anna Filousová, filousova@fld.czu.cz
Requirements:
If more than one student applies to the same university, priority is given to the student with better academic results and stronger motivation for studying abroad.
Selected students will be nominated by the International Relations Department of the Rectorate.
Ing. Radka Kalousová will nominate the students to the foreign universities and send them an email with further instructions. The student must then complete all the necessary documents according to the instructions and send them to the host university. Once the host university confirms acceptance, Ing. Kalousová will sign a Financial Agreement with the student and assist with the rest of the administrative steps (Student Declaration, language test, insurance, participation agreement, Learning Agreement After Mobility, Table D, etc.).
At the start of the exchange, it is often necessary to make changes to the original study plan in the Online Learning Agreement. This may be due to changes in course offerings or schedule conflicts. Such changes are recorded in the section During Mobility – Changes.
After completing the study abroad period, you must submit all required documents to the responsible person at the International Relations Department of the Rectorate within 10 days of your return.
Course recognition is processed at FLD based on the submission of the Transcript of Records.
