The new equipment will significantly complement the equipment purchased in the last five years at FLD. It will be about equipment, that has not been used in teaching yet, or it is already very obsolete. One of the key goals of FLD management is to provide infrastructure equipment to responds and reflects current trends in forestry and timber.

The Infrastructure acquired with the aim of ensuring quality e-learning education responds to many requirements, especially of students of combined study. These methods are common in modern educational institutions and FLD considers it necessary to follow these trends.

The acquired infrastructure will be used in four ways:

  • In order to improve devices for new e-learning teaching methods
  • In order to support courses within the modernized Forest Engineering study program
  • In order to show students, the practical use of devices in teaching in laboratories
  • In order to show students, the practical use of devices in the forest

The common denominator of the use of all devices is the support of students of bachelor's and master's degree programs in forestry, both full-time and part-time study. The specific use of each individual device is given in the description of this device.
