The aim of the CLIM-ECOTECH project is to develop and validate innovative methods for nonintervention ecosystem monitoring using eco-technologies, in particular remote sensing (RS) and artificial intelligence (AI). The project focuses on detecting and evaluating climate-induced disturbances, changes in ecosystem structure and function, and the resilience of natural ecosystems to stressors using cutting-edge technologies and approaches. The emphasis is on automated, contactless, area-wide methods. The project outputs will be transferable to broader ecological and climate research.
