At the Dean's Board in December, the Faculty Dean presented the annual Rector's Awards for the best publication outputs of research work to our employees and PhD students.
A total of 64 outputs from 49 CZU PhD students were submitted to this year's Rector's Award for the best publication outputs of PhD students' research work. Of this number, 21 students were awarded, of which 8 were from FFWS. We are delighted that first place in this competition was won by FFWS student Jessica Margaretha Pettit from the Department of Forest Ecology, and a total of 7 students from FFWS were among the top ten!
The Dean also presented the Rector's Award, which is awarded annually for the publication output of CZU employees listed in the Nature index. This year, 11 FFWS employees received an award out of a total of 26.
Congratulations to everyone.
