On Tuesday, November 4, the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences of the Czech University of Life Sciences hosted an informal meeting of students and alumni. The event attracted around fifty students who came to listen to inspiring stories and gain valuable insights from practice.
Among the guests were Ing. Jan Suk from Jihozápadní dřevařská a.s., Ing. Aneta Bůžková from Městské lesy Hradec Králové, Ing. Ondřej Dvořák, Ph.D. from Ahrend, and Ing. Michal Bledý from Colloredo-Mannsfeld, spol. s r.o.
The evening took place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with excellent refreshments – especially the goulash, which earned great praise. Thanks to the support of the FLD Hunters’ Association, the event was perfectly organized, including draught beer for all participants.
Students appreciated the opportunity to talk openly about career experiences and to gain practical advice for their future paths.
A big thank you goes to our alumni for visiting their alma mater and sharing their experiences and inspiration with current students!
