Olympus SZX10 stereomicroscope

The stereomicroscope is equipped with a zoom with a wide range (0.63x to 6.3x). It is therefore possible to observe samples at a range of magnifications without having to switch objective lenses. A specially designed dual objective holder with axial detent further extends the range of possible magnifications. A camera can be connected to the stereomicroscope to take pictures. The axial light path setting ensures that measurements taken with the camera are reliable and precise in all directions, making results independent from the orientation of the sample under the microscope. A drawing attachment is also available, thanks to which it is possible to draw a specimen for scientific study or illustration (a traditional alternative for photomicrography).
