The Raman microscope is equipped with lasers with a wavelength of 532 nm and 785 nm, which are mainly used for the analysis of plastics. Ours is also equipped with an AFM module, which offers the possibility of obtaining information about the chemical composition from a given sample area and correlating it with AFM.
