FFWS is going to promote transfer of technology to the commercial sector

February 28, 2017: FFWS submitted a project proposal to the open call for proposals no. 24 of Operational Programme Prague - Growth Pole of the Czech Republic in order to promote the transfer of technology and knowledge from research organizations to practice.

The project will cover five areas of applied research, in particular, streamlining of the production of ornamental and forest woody plants in order to support the maintenance of urban green spaces in the City of Prague, green-roof system with biological purification of waste water, green-roof system with the slope greater than 17°, monitoring of wild animals distribution and determination of wood plants damage originator in urban green, including proposals for protective and defensive measures.

The project is planned for 2.5 years; it should be initiated 01/01/2018.
