Important Information
Dear FORMEC 2026 Presenter,
Thank you for contributing to FORMEC 2026.
For oral presentations, each presentation slot is planned as follows:
- 12 minutes for the presentation
- 4 minutes for questions and discussion
- 1 minute for transition and introduction of the next speaker
Please prepare your talk accordingly so that the session can stay on schedule and all presenters have equal time.
Presentation uploads will be handled before the start of each session. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and also keep a backup copy available in cloud storage, in case the USB drive cannot be read or fails.
For poster presentations, the supported maximum dimensions are portrait A0. Smaller portrait formats are also acceptable, provided they fit within portrait A0 dimensions. Please bring your poster in physical printed form, as no digital poster screens will be available.
Alternatively, poster files can be sent for printing to CopyCentrumFLD@fld.czu.cz. Please include a request for printing and submit your file no later than 8 September.
The FLD Copy Centre is located directly in the Faculty building where the FORMEC Conference will take place. It will be open on 14 September from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 15 September from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Payment by card is available.

Fees
The following fees are indicative and may be subject to minor adjustments:
- Early-bird registration: 350 EUR
- Regular registration: 450 EUR
- Post-conference field trip: 50 EUR

You will be able to see your abstract's status after logging in with the credentials you created when you submitted your abstract.
Conference Programme
- September 14 - Welcome event / Icebreaker: 5-8 PM at the National Agricultural Museum in Prague
- September 15 - 1. Opening ceremony and plenary session at CZU Ceremonial hall; 2. Parallel sessions at CZU Campus; 3. Gala dinner and boat ride on Vltava river
- September 16 - Field trip to CZU university forest enterprise (all day)
- September 17 - Parallel sessions at CZU Campus
- September 18 - Voluntary field trip to Krkonose national park

I have completed the registration form, but I have not received the payment instructions. What should I do?
After submitting the registration form, payment instruction emails are sent automatically. If you have not received the email, please first check your Spam/Junk folder.
Our system logs confirm whether emails have been successfully sent and accepted by the mail server. In some cases, messages may be blocked, filtered, quarantined, or rejected by your organization's security or anti-spam policies before reaching your inbox.
If you cannot find the email, please contact the conference organizers and provide the email address used for registration so we can assist you further.
