IUFRO Conference

A  fiveday IUFRO conference in „Biological Invasions in Forests: Trade, Ecology and Management“ took place at the FFWS in September. The conference was attended by 68 scientists in person from around the world. The conference opening took place in Club C, where Professor Andrew Liebhold gave the introductory speech and officially started the conference. The programme included individual lectures, which took place in person, but also remotely via Zoom. The participants also visited the School Forest Ente prise in Kostelec nad Černými lesy and the Rese- arch Institute of Beekeeping in Dol.
